被評為可能改變能源管理市場的小玩具, 在今年將於美國上市的scenario-aware溫控器 (依照個人於不同季節 當日不同時段客製化室內溫度), 宣稱能將一年花費$1000~$1500美元於暖氣或冷氣的費用降至$200~$300美元.
額這一個簡易的控制器花費也不示太便宜 $249 美元 (就一個小小的螢幕, 簡單的控制鍵 設定情境與溫度), 但是比起他宣稱能節省的花費應該會讓很多人想試一下.

Solar Power International 2011在美國德州達拉斯熱鬧展開, PV-Tech為我們追蹤到的是Performance improvement kit與micro-inverter這塊的新武器.(至今仍有500%的市場年成長成績) 快速的看一下新進的熱門廠商:
Azuray Technologies:
*DC-DC power optimizer, AC160 solar module performance monitor.
Enphase Energy:
*micro-inverter的主要代表廠商, 日前才高調宣布已經shipping達到1kk的量, 相當恐怖!
Enecsys:
*來自英國的micro-inverter廠商, 宣稱產品耐候性達from -40ºC to +85ºC , 運作效率達96%且提供20年保固
ArrayPower
*這家可酷了, 提供的是可調式(scale-up)的設計: Sequenced Inverter-equipped modules are claimed to improve the overall system performance by pulsing and sequencing power across the entire array to create three-phase commercial grade AC power. ArrayPower to optimize the cost, safety and performance of solar systems through a ‘plug-and-play’ AC module,” said Wendy Arienzo, CEO of ArrayPower.

還有嗎? 號稱台灣之光的AUO把整組的旗艦產品都搬到美國去了, 強調的是one stop shopping, 看看有什好料:

2. as well as a monitoring system, which reports real-time power performance on a module level.
重點在強調甚麼?
看看AUO Solar VP, James Chen怎麼說:
“Solar installers in the U.S. can now buy the AC Unison System from their Distributors and enjoy its integrated simplicity, cost effectiveness, quality, and performance, all in one package.”
AC Unison modules are said to employ parallel wiring that avoids high DC voltage. The monitoring system includes the AUO Data Logger. Via the AUO Solar Web Portal, customers get instant access to current and historical power output information in statistical or graphical formats.

誰說太陽能只是財團和政府灑錢的工具, Solar Mosaic正在進行一種類似共同基金的小額認購集資, 有點像我現在的錢只夠買的起1kWp (100kWp PV project), 到時售電利益就收1%的股權利益. 目前該公司宣稱還在beta階段, 所以目前的project是零利率的.

再窮也要搞一套太陽能, 美國Q2 2011 residential裝置量達59.9MW 較第一季 63.6MW下滑5.9%, 目前主要裝設的business model 為PPA或是 third-party lease的方式.
如果加上目前景氣狀況來看, 其實市場還是很有機會的, 主要下滑的地區有: Colorado, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. 除此之外其他相較於Q1多是持平或低成長.
再窮也要搞一套太陽能, 美國Q2 2011 residential裝置量達59.9MW 較第一季 63.6MW下滑5.9%, 目前主要裝設的business model 為PPA或是 third-party lease的方式.

越來越多大型CSP或者Solar thermal project都因為PV價格巨幅下滑與O&M Cost考量轉以PV Solar Farm. 但是電力公司也沒那麼笨, PPA當然要重談費率囉!
目前轉向的除了 Amargosa Farm Road 500MW計畫外, 還有以下幾個電廠級Solar Farm:
1GW Blythe project,
500MW Palen project,
242 MW Ridgecrest project.
在某些國外業界場合談到電廠級的scale, 中國與歐美都是10MW起跳, 現在看來已經要以100MW為單位了.
我們沒有沙漠 也沒有雞不生蛋之地 台灣應該只有commercial 與 residential可討論了.
