SunPower and NRG's 250 MW Solar Project Closer to Reality : Greentech Media
包含中國在內的亞洲PV Cell列強, 政府的補助通常集中在上游生產端, 但是美國政府卻在系統端投入重金. US DOE宣布投入 $1.187 billion 金融貸興建250MW的Solar PV Plant, SunPower是這個計畫的stake-holder, 因為此計畫SunPower從此將擺脫只製造Solar Panel的工廠, 進而與First Solar並列為First tier的美國utility scale PV 列強.
