這狀況似乎不只在巴西, 今天在南台灣也聽聞到類似的抱怨... 當初設立風力發電說的多大的發電量但是實際運作後根本不是這回事情.. 且0&M的費用又很高, 一個颱風掃過後... 已經沒甚麼錢的單位通常就讓它成為裝飾品囉.
